What can I expect to pay in addition to rent?

To reserve your apartment home, you can expect to pay the following:

· Application fee: $150 per person

· Administration fee: $300

· Refundable security deposit: $500 on approved credit · Ask us about our alternative to traditional security deposits with our partner, Jetty

We have partnered with Pet Screening to ensure all pets and animals within the community are registered and properly screened. Your animals will go through the Pet Screening process.

Based on the Fido results from Pet Screening, the pet fees range from $300-400 per pet and the pet rent will range from $25-45 per pet.

All applicants, even with no pet households or assistance animals, need to complete our pet screening. Screening must be completed to continue your application. Start your screening process now if you haven't done so already. Click here to begin!

Other fees to anticipate:

• Account One-Time Set-Up Fee: $15
• Internet fee: $70/month
• Pest fee: $4/month
• Trash: $25/month
• Renters Insurance with a minimum liability of $300,000 is also required prior to picking up your keys. You are welcome to purchase your own policy with your own provider, or work through our preferred provider. They offer policies that range from $13-17/mo. A $15 monthly fee is charged if you do not have your own policy.

What utilities are covered?

Residents are responsible for all utilities.

Do you accept packages in the office?

We do not offer complimentary package receiving in the office. All packages should be delivered to the apartment or the Amazon Hub package system onsite.

Are you open on weekends?

We are currently open from 10am-4pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays.

What are your office hours during the week?

We are available Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm.

What is the shortest lease term offered?
7 months is the minimum new lease term we offer. Month-to-month options are available upon the end of your initial lease term.

What is the longest lease term offered?

The maximum lease term we offer is 14 months.

Does every apartment have in-unit washer/dryer? If not, what is the laundry set up?

Each apartment comes equipped with a full-size front load washer and dryer inside the apartment home. We are unable to remove them if you choose to bring your own washer and dryer.

What are my options for cable and internet?

Please reach out to the leasing office for more information. We are unable to accommodate satellite dishes.

Is parking included?

Parking is included with our apartment homes. We are unable to accommodate trailers, RV's, boats or off-road vehicles.

What are the public transportation options near you?

There is a LYNX bus stop in front of the community.

Is there a credit check? What if I have a bankruptcy?

Your credit is run at the time of application. We are provided with a simple approval or denial. Some denials may be able to be approved with a higher security deposit based on creditworthiness. Bankruptcies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
